CelebratingLove.art provides a digital platform for creating, personalizing, and sending AI-powered Valentine's Day gift cards. Our service includes:

To use our Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

4.1 Creation and Delivery

When you create a gift card, you receive a unique shareable link that you can send to your recipient through any communication channel of your choice.

4.2 No Expiration

Digital gift cards created on our platform do not expire. Recipients can access their gifts at any time via the provided link.

4.3 No Cash Value

Our digital gift cards are experiential and have no monetary or cash value. They cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for physical goods.

4.4 Lost or Stolen Links

Gift card links should be treated like valuable digital assets. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or accidentally shared links. However, you can contact support to request assistance.

5.1 Pricing

All prices are displayed in Kenya Shillings (KSh) and are subject to change. The price you pay is the price displayed at the time of purchase.

5.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Paystack. By making a purchase, you agree to Paystack's terms and conditions. We do not store your complete payment card information.

5.3 Refund Policy

Due to the digital and personalized nature of our service, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a gift card has been created and delivered. However, we will work with you to resolve any technical issues or errors in content generation.

You agree not to:

Content generated by our AI tools (messages, images) is provided to you for personal use. You may use AI-generated content for personal, non-commercial purposes related to your gift.

The CelebratingLove platform, including its design, code, features, and branding, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without our permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CelebratingLove.art and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service
• Service interruptions, errors, or technical failures
• Loss of data, content, or inability to access the Service due to circumstances beyond our control
• Content accuracy, appropriateness, or quality of AI-generated outputs (you should review all content before sharing)

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
